BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

You will play a crucial role in enabling and supporting the execution of VIC experiences across regions, ensuring that ZEGNA’s most important clients receive a seamless and exceptional journey.
You’ll help to structure, coordinate, and optimize client engagement initiatives—from invitation lists to personalized activations—by working closely with other internal functions within HQ, regional teams, and store staff. Your mission is to translate personalization guidelines into tangible, high-quality experiences that drive engagement and business growth.
This role requires strong operational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of VIC-related activities.

In this role, you will:
  • Support in the creation and segmentation of VIC invitation lists for exclusive experiences, product launches, and private events, ensuring the right clients are engaged at the right time.
  • Act as a point of contact between HQ and regional teams, ensuring clarity in VIC & MTM activation processes.
  • Assist in identifying high-potential ready to wear clients to introduce them to MTM services, tracking engagement and response rates.
  • Coordinate the execution of personalized gifting strategies, ensuring seamless logistics and alignment with brand values.
  • Ensure the flawless execution of bespoke in-store experiences (e.g., private shopping sessions, one-on-one styling, MTM fittings), providing backend support to store teams.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to streamline VIC event planning, providing operational support for venue selection, guest management, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of event participation and client engagement metrics.
  • Support in the creation of pre- and post-event reports, gathering insights to refine future experiences.
  • Monitor VIC engagement KPIs, including conversion rates from RTW to MTM, client retention, and impact of personalized initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from regional teams and store staff to continuously refine the execution of VIC experiences.

  • At least 3 years in an operational role in luxury retail, client experience, or event coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Strong data and analytical mindset, able to track performance and recommend improvements.
  • Experience in client segmentation, CRM-based targeting, and high-end event planning is highly valued
  • Fluent English, other language is a plus
