BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Support on all HR activities and processes related to back office, recruiting and employe data management.

In this role, you will:
  • Recruiting process (job posting, screening CVs, phone interviews etc.)
  • Employee/organization data management (data warehouse update, org charts, job descriptions, etc.)
  • Onboarding process for internships and new hires
  • Collect HR information and documents for employees (recruiting, onboarding, change of contracts, etc.)
  • Prepare hiring contracts and letters for employees

  • Brief experience in a similar role is preferred
  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of HR main processes
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good relational skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PPT
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
  • Attentive to details
