BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As a Clienteling Project Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end management of ZEGNA’s clienteling application, overseeing its planning, execution, adoption, and continuous improvement across all markets. You will ensure that the platform evolves in line with business priorities, supports store operations, and delivers a seamless, data-driven experience for both Style Advisors and Guests.
This role requires strong project management skills, a solid understanding of retail operations, and a proactive mindset to continuously enhance how clienteling is executed through digital tools.

In this role, you will:
 
  • Lead the end-to-end management of the clienteling application, overseeing its planning, execution, adoption, and continuous improvement across markets. Ensure timely delivery of related projects and feature developments.
  • Drive process optimization within the clienteling tool, making sure its functionalities are efficient, measurable, and scalable to support business growth and day-to-day store operations.
  • Act as the key liaison between HQ and regional teams, ensuring that the implementation and usage of the clienteling app aligns with the global consumer strategy and integrates seamlessly with CVM, store operations, and digital ecosystems.
  • Work closely with retail teams to continuously enhance clienteling methodologies within the app, ensuring that they are intuitive, effective, and embedded in daily store routines.
  • Partner with digital transformation and IT teams to evolve the clienteling app and ensure its full integration into both physical and digital touchpoints for a seamless guest experience.
  • Identify and propose innovation opportunities to enrich the clienteling experience—leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools that enhance personalization and engagement within the app.
  • Support pilot initiatives and test-and-learn programs, validating new features and clienteling approaches before scaling them across the network.
  • Work hand-in-hand with training teams to ensure store staff are properly onboarded and continuously upskilled in using the clienteling app and adopting best practices.

    •  2/3 years of experience in project management preferably in consulting or in a luxury company
    • Strong project management expertise, with experience in driving complex consumer-focused initiatives.
    • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, able to coordinate between different teams and levels of the organization.
    • Understanding of CVM, clientelling applications, and digital consumer engagement tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Fluent English, other language is a plus
    • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and working with both HQ and regional teams.
