La tua opportunità:

Per la nostra sede di San Pietro Mosezzo siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa disponibile ad un tirocinio extracurriculare nella funzione di Work Organization (times, methods and continous improvement) che si unisca alla struttura organizzativa di produzione del prodotto capospalla uomo (giacca, gilet e cappotto).

In quale modo apporterai il tuo contributo:
Avrai modo di approcciarti alle principali tematiche di responsabilità della funzione Work Organization (times, methods and continous improvement), impegnata quotidianamente nell’analisi ed ottimizzazione del ciclo di produzione.

Entrando a far parte del team e seguendo un piano formativo ed un preventivo affiancamento ti occuperai di:

Analizzare l’organizzazione delle postazioni di lavoro per valutare eventuali e possibili migliorie tecniche ed organizzative;
Popolare i report relativi alla mappatura;
Partecipare alle riunioni di follow-up;
Supportare i colleghi di funzione nelle attività relative all’organizzazione ed ottimizzazione delle postazioni di lavoro.

Il tuo profilo:

Risorsa fortemente motivata ed appassionata alle tematiche di continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, tempi e metodi ed organizzazione del lavoro con le seguenti caratteristiche:

Passione per la materia ed il settore in generale;
Titolo di studio (diploma) in ambito tecnico-scientifico;
Attitudine al miglioramento continuo;
Buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi (Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel).

Completano il profilo flessibilità, autonomia, predisposizione al problem-solving, al lavoro in team ed ai rapporti interpersonali.

Saranno poi considerati un plus:

formazione tecnica come analista tempi e metodi.
