YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Group Talent Coordinator, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Team, helping us deliver impactful Talent Management initiatives and ensure the effective execution of key global Talent and Performance processes across the organization. Working closely with the Director for Group Leadership, Talent and Engagement, you will act as a trusted partner for HR and business leaders, providing guidance on Performance Management, People Review, and Talent initiatives while helping shape a high-performing and growth-oriented culture.
More specifically you will:

Coordinate the annual Performance Management Process worldwide, ensuring smooth execution, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Support global Talent Review, People Review, and Succession Planning cycles by preparing talent insights, consolidating data, and facilitating calibration activities.
Be responsible for providing operational and analytical support to the Talent Mobility Committee, coordinating discussions, documentation, and follow-up actions.
Act as a key contributor to High-Potential Talent Development initiatives, supporting development programs, learning journeys, and mentoring activities.
Manage skills and capability mapping activities by collecting, maintaining, and analyzing skills data to support a skills-based organization agenda.

WHO YOU ARE

You bring 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Development, or related HR functions.
You’re skilled in HR processes, project coordination, data analysis and reporting, Microsoft Office, and HRIS platforms.
You’re known for your attention to detail, stakeholder management, collaboration, and continuous improvement mindset, and it shows in how you work with others.
You communicate fluently in English.

WHAT WE OFFER

The position provides for a base salary between: €45.000 – €50.000 + STI.
Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
