YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Junior Merchandiser-Shoes, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Merchandising Team, helping us develop the collection in line with the brand strategy and positioning, fulfilling customer and market requirements and meeting profitability goals while liaising with Design Studio and other functions.

You’ll work closely with you team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
More specifically you will:

Elaborate analysis on a daily/weekly/monthly basis on business performance
Support the optimization of stock levels across regions, maximizing sales opportunities and improving inventory efficiency
Develop a clear understanding of competitors’ strategies, brand positioning and pricing.
Collect and analyze strategic trends and key market information to identify and maximize future sales opportunities.
Support in the definition of the collection brief (prices, function of use, trends).
Support Markets and Sales teams throughout the buying campaign by preparing and maintaining commercial tools, assortment guidelines, product presentations, and collection documentation to facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across regions

WHO YOU ARE

You bring at least 1 year experience in Merchandising or similar role (preferably in fashion or luxury industry)
You’re skilled in Excel and Power Point
You have solid analytical skills
You have a strong product sensitivity
You communicate fluently in Italian and English

WHAT WE OFFER

The position provides for a base salary between € 26,000-30,000
Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience
