            As an Executive Assistant, you will provide executive administrative support to both the Asia Pacific HR Director & CFO, including but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangement, meeting coordination, production of senior leadership presentation material, interview management, etc. The role could also be an entry point into either the Human Resources or Finance functions over time.

            In this role you will:
            • Responsible for following up, tracking and providing feedback on the progress or status of important meetings/annual event / projects and arrange related meeting scheduling
            • Work with the respective Function Heads and Directors to consolidate the necessary meeting materials and reports
            • Liaising with internal Functions and Regional Heads and Headquarters for all business purposes.
            • Perform other ad hoc duties as per assigned by for both leaders

            • Has University degree or above
            • Fluent English in writing and speaking
            • With 5 years’ experience above in similar function, luxury or fashion retail industry background is preferred;
            • Excellent cross functions communication and interpersonal skills
            • Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity
            • Team player yet independent with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
            • Attention to details, with numerical sense
            • Must be familiar with international time zone difference
            • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint applications
