Purpose of the job:
Reporting to the Customer Service Coordinator, the candidate will ensure the correct logistic and commercial process of the Brands managed by the team.
Supervise product shipment with reference to seasonal order, MTM, reorder, stock and uniforms;
Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure the respect of the delivery window;
Seasonal order management and web related acquisition and order entry;
Market product delivery forecast and its update;
Manages commercial correspondence with customers, interfacing and collaborating with Product Managers, Purchasing, Warehouse and Accounting Offices;
EDI management (files, invoice and data transmission to market with PO acquisition order);
Product return management in case of quality problems or factory defects/reparations;
Cooperation with Credit/account dept. to supervise the payment situation for each Brand;
Cooperation with Supply Chain Quality and certificate dept. to verify the customs requirement before shipping.
Principal Skills Required:

A positive and caring attitude;
Computer (Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
School-leaving certificate or University degree
Related experience in Customer Service operations is preferred.

Most of these teams are based at our our global headquarters in Milan. The CRM and Content Brand Marketing teams, however, are present globally. Those at our headquarters define Zegna’s brand image and overarching strategy, while those in the regions collect market insight and adapt the central strategy to meet the needs and cultures of local markets.
Our Manage & Support teams ensure that everything runs smoothly. They ensure that people and processes are all heading in the right direction, that complex challenges are overcome, and that all our teams contribute to the growth and evolution of our company. In addition to supporting our staff, our Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and IT teams also take strategic decisions about how we operate as a business today, and where our business will be tomorrow.
