            ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

            ATTIVITA' LEGATE AL RUOLO
            Assicurare la corretta gestione di tutti gli aspetti civilistici e fiscali concernenti le attività amministrativo-contabili della Società.
            Saper utilizzare in modo autonomo i programmi gestionali aziendali e programma contabile SAP.

            PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’
            • Riconciliazione conti patrimoniali ed economici;
            • Analisi dei conti contabili a  supporto dei colleghi incaricati della stima del fondo imposte e della predisposizione dell’informativa periodica di bilancio;
            • Predisposizione reportistiche  a supporto del  “Controllo di Gestione”;
            • Attività  di supporto alla risorsa incaricata  della gestione del libro cespiti;
            • Gestione archiviazione digitale  dei contratti della società ed inserimento di alcuni di essi nei sistemi operativi aziendali (Infor/SAP);
            • Supporto alla risorsa di riferimento nella gestione dei rapporti con il broker assicurativo della società ed aggiornamento di tutta la reportistica collegata;
            • Registrazioni SAP;
            • Estrazione  e rielaborazione della reportistica excel necessaria allo svolgimento delle attività precedenti, nonché per le reportistiche richieste dalla  Direzione Amministrativa.

            Interni: Ufficio Contabilità e Amministrazione in varia gerarchia, Controllo di Gestione, Ufficio Logistica e Fatturazione; Ufficio Magazzino e Ricevimento.
            Esterni: Clienti, Consulenti, Auditors, Enti terzi coinvolti nel processo

            BACKGROUND E SKILLS
            • Laurea magistrale in Economia;
            • Gradita esperienza in analoga posizione;
            • Utilizzo pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
            • Conoscenza e utilizzo SAP;
            • Conoscenza principi contabili IFRS;
            • Buona conoscenza e utilizzo della lingua Inglese;
            • Buone capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e sotto stress;
            • Capacità di lavorare in team;
            • Affidabilità;
            • Capacità di Problem Solving.
