YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As Customer Service Specialist you will be part of our team to be the point of contact in a B2B environment. You have a caring attitude, understand customer centricity and the ability to translate customers needs into effective solutions.
You are either an accomplished professional or at the start of your career, either way you are a good team player willing to grow in a dynamic environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

First point of contact for Italian and European customers;
Accurate management of customer orders up to fulfilment;
Supervise product shipment with reference to seasonal order;
Manage commercial correspondence with customers, interfacing and collaborating with Area Manager, Logistic and Accounting Offices;
Handling of claims and information requests coming from clients;
Reporting Activities;

PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Communication, Customer Service and organizational skills
Computer (Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Fluent English. Any additional language is an advantage.

WHO YOU ARE

For this role, we’re looking for someone with:

Bachelor’s Degree in Languages, Economics;
1+ years experience in similar role;
Excellent English and Italian;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Problem solving and focus on results;
Ability to interact with business functions and customers;
Excellent organizational and technical skills;
No travel requirement

Thanks to our from sheep to shop, vertically-integrated approch the combined effort of each team ensures that the exceptional quality and vision we’ve become known for is present at every step along the way.
