            What makes you, makes Zegna

            As Customer Delighting Specialist Europe you will be responsible to execute the activities related to the Consumer Delighting Program to foster long-lasting relationships with clients, in order to drive the business and increase their share of the sales portfolio

            What makes up your day
             
            • Implement a solid Delighting Program for the European Region, partnering with CVM HQ and Marketing HQ;
            • Oversee the execution of the Delighting Program according to brand guidelines, and coordinate all Market Functions involved (CRM, Marketing, Retail Operations);
            • Manage Budget of Delighting initiatives, coordinating with Retail Managers
            • Execute the Zegna Communities gifting. Manage all the activities related to gifting for VIP clients and other Zegna Community members;
            • Maintain and enrich Zegna Communities database: keep all VIP details up to date and enlarge database by collecting new information

            • Organizational skills;
            • Interpersonal skills;
            • Ability to work in team;
            • At least 2 years experience in similar role, preferably in Retail or Hospitality
            • Fluent English, other languages a plus

            Most of these teams are based at our our global headquarters in Milan. The CRM and Content Brand Marketing teams, however, are present globally. Those at our headquarters define Zegna’s brand image and overarching strategy, while those in the regions collect market insight and adapt the central strategy to meet the needs and cultures of local markets.
