            BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

            This position provides support to C-level top executives in personal/administrative tasks and organizational management, acting as a focal point for all issues regarding planning of the executives daily engagements.

            MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
            • Act as the focal point of contact on behalf of the supported executives: screen and direct phone calls, filter requests, distribute correspondence and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks;
            • Manage of the daily agenda;
            • Prepare presentation materials and background documents;
            • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence (email, etc.) and organize deliveries;
            • Manage business travels and travel expenses record;
            • Handle requests and queries appropriately, maintaining professionalism, strict confidentiality and discretion.
            BACKGROUND AND PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED
            • Outstanding time-management skills and the ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate multiple tasks;
            • Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, departments and third parties;
            • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, to adapt to various competing demands;
            • Ability to work independently;
            • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
            • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done;
            • Adaptable and enjoys a challenge;
            • At least 12-15 years of experience in similar role;
            • Previous experience as Assistant in International Companies
            • University degree
            • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian
