La tua opportunità:

Per la sede di Oleggio (NO), siamo alla ricerca di una persona che entri a far parte del team Logistics & Raw Mat. Warehouse.

In quale modo apporterai il tuo contributo:

Parteciperai attivamente alla gestione amministrativa e contabile dei fornitori (servizi e beni no-core) del Gruppo.

Le principali attività di cui ti occuperai saranno:  

Pianificazione liste di prelievo da lanci produttivi e controllo del rispetto delle date di evasione;

Suddivisione delle attività nelle rispettive aree di picking (magazzino con 15.000 SKU e 30 operatori);

Emissione documenti di trasporto, fatture immediate e documenti per i corrieri;

Organizzazione e monitoraggio delle spedizioni per alimentare le linee di produzione delle fabbriche interne ed esterne al Gruppo;

Segnalazione di eventuali criticità relative alla disponibilità dei materiali in fase di prelievo;

Supporto al personale operativo di magazzino;

Gestione e Analisi degli inventari dei magazzini presso le Fabbriche di produzione esterne;

Interfaccia con le varie funzioni interne ed esterne all’azienda;

Il tuo profilo: 
Risorsa, motivata ed interessata al settore, con le seguenti caratteristiche:

Diploma/Laurea

Gradita breve esperienza in analoga mansione

Buona dimestichezza con i principali strumenti informatici di magazzino (Office 365, AS400, WMS)

Dinamismo, curiosità, affidabilità, precisione, orientamento al risultato e al cliente

Buona conoscenza dell’inglese

Disponibilità immediata
