YOUR ROLE AT ERMENEGILDO ZEGNA GROUP As a Group Talent Management Intern, based in Milan and contributing to the Group Leadership, Talent and Engagement Team you will play an active role in the end-to-end management of our most strategic people processes, for both Group functions and Brands, ensuring that data, tools and stakeholders are perfectly aligned to drive meaningful people decisions. By combining analytical thinking, project coordination and a strong service mindset, you will help turn Talent Management frameworks into concrete actions that enhance employee experience and support business priorities.
