BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
 
The Consumer Value Project Coordinator plays a central role in managing, optimizing, and scaling clientelling and consumer engagement projects worldwide within ZEGNA’s business strategy.
Working closely with CVM, Digital Transformation, Marketing, Retail and Regions, the Consumer Value Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all the projects are well structured, data-driven, and scalable across markets.
This role requires strong business acumen, project management expertise, and the ability to translate strategy into operational execution while keeping a focus on innovation and customer-centricity.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of clientelling projects and consumer engagement initiatives and ensure that the deadlines are met.
  • Drive process optimization, ensuring that clientelling initiatives are efficient, measurable, and scalable.
  • Act as the liaison between HQ and regional teams, ensuring local execution aligns with the global strategy and a seamless integration with CVM, store operations, and digital channels.
  • Work closely with retail teams to optimize clienteling methodologies, ensuring they are practical, user-friendly, and impactful.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to clientelling effectiveness, consumer engagement, and program ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Insights team to analyze customer behavior, segment
  • Partner with digital transformation teams to ensure that clientelling are effectively integrated into store and online experiences.
  • Identify and propose innovative approaches to consumer engagement, leveraging digital tools, AI-driven personalization, and omnichannel experiences.
  • Support pilots and test-and-learn initiatives, ensuring new clientelling technologies and approaches are validated before scaling.
  • Work closely with training teams to ensure that store staff are equipped with the right tools and knowledge to implement clientelling best practices.

    • 2+ years of experience in project management preferably in consulting or in a luxury company
    • Strong project management expertise, with experience in driving complex consumer-focused initiatives.
    • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, able to coordinate between different teams and levels of the organization.
    • Understanding of CVM, clientelling applications, and digital consumer engagement tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and working with both HQ and regional teams.
    • Fluent English, other language is a plus
