BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As a Consumer Excellence Specialist, you will support regional teams and HQ stakeholders in enhancing client strategies ensuring ZEGNA’s most valuable clients enjoy a seamless and exceptional journey.

You will help coordinate and optimize initiatives by implementing targeted guidelines that strengthen client relationships and contribute to business growth across regions.

The role requires strong operational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement of client-centric actions.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a point of contact between regional teams and the local CVM to gather requirements and feedback for key HQ stakeholders regarding consumer excellence initiatives.
  • Coordinate the implementation of personalized gifting strategies, supporting the end-to-end gifting process in collaboration with the Brand Marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Support regions in the creation and segmentation of key client profiles and the development of dedicated journeys to enable targeted and timely engagement across various initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between HQ and regional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on MTM activation processes.
  • Provide operational support to the local CVM in managing and optimizing key client touchpoints.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key client metrics and delight initiatives, delivering insightful analysis to measure impact and support the continuous improvement of workflows.

  • At least 2 years in an operational role in luxury retail, client experience, or event coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Strong data and analytical mindset, able to track performance and recommend improvements.
  • Experience in client segmentation, CRM-based targeting, and high-end event planning is highly valued
  • Fluent English, other language is a plus
