BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Communication Specialist to join our Brand Communication team. In this hands-on role, you will support the PR Team in press review activities and editorial analysis acquiring knowledge and skills related to Fashion & Luxury Press Office. In addiction you will support the organization of events and fashion shows interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor media coverage and prepare weekly/monthly reports on key launches;
Coordinate with marketing to ensure consistent, brand-aligned communication;
Support execution of PR strategies and maintain communication between HQ and regional teams;
Assist with PR materials, logistics for press days, store openings, and brand activations;
Manage press samples, inventories, and seasonal PR orders across key markets;
Contribute to community engagement initiatives and coordinate press/community experiences;
Support product launches, press presentations, and showroom events;
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel, vendor management, and budget tracking.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written);
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Willingness to learn
Passion for fashion and lifestyle
University degree with specialization in communication
Fluent English, other languages a plus as a must
