BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Support the Retail Facility Manager in the maintenance services of the stores within the EMEA region.

What makes up your day
In this role, you will:

Coordinate and monitor planned and corrective maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special systems), ensuring alignment with timelines and standards
Track and update maintenance plans, supporting the optimization of schedules and interventions
Act as a key contact for stores and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on maintenance activities and progress
Follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective execution
Support vendor coordination, monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and KPIs
Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all maintenance activities within the filing system
Collaborate in cost tracking and support periodic reporting activities
Participate in store checks and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met
Contribute to continuous improvement of facility management processes

2–4 years of experience in Facility Management or similar roles, preferably in retail environmentsGood analytical skills, with familiarity in cost tracking
University Degree (Architecture/ Engineering)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of CAD
Proactive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
