YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

As Clientelling manager, you will be responsible to develop and implement the CVM strategy for the reference market, in alignment with the central guidelines and with the local reality, supporting the Area Manager to deploy the retail strategy by training, monitoring and coaching the teams to meet the Company business target and to guarantee an outstanding customer experience.

As key role in the market you will be also responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with high-value clients while actively identifying and recruiting new VICs to grow the company’s premium client base. This role includes creating personalized experiences, developing client-specific strategies, and working across teams to deliver exceptional service aligned with the brand’s standards and goals.

More Specifically You Will

Leading weekly CVM performance reviews with Store Managers across the market. You will analyze the KPI standings to identify action plans, drive initiatives, and implement recovery strategies to ensure continuous improvement.;
Providing strategic support for client appointments (in-store, virtual, or at-home) and ensuring successful delivery of Made to Measure (MTM) services;
Leading onsite training and coaching initiatives to ensure 100% completion within deadlines and fostering a client-centric culture focused on high-end client engagement;
Developing, in partnership with local teams (AM/SM/CA) and with the Eu CVM and Consumer Engagement functions, the editorial plan, setting specific strategies, weekly reviewing the execution to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients;
Securing the delighting menu implementation, ensuring tailored local delighting initiatives are executed with the brand’s standards to drive client engagement and achieve successful ROMI;
Support AM, SM´s and MKTG function in organizing local events and monitoring and tracking the ROI;
Support the Area manager/store managers in establishing strong relationship with third parties (e.g. hotels, restaurant, private club, arts gallery) to develop delighting activities for clients and acquire new ones;
Spread the Clientelling culture acting as a role model both with internal staff (retail managers and store staff) and external contacts, ensuring excellence in client development, a seamless customer experience, and optimized business results across all stores.
