As an HR Controlling Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Controller EMEA-LATAM and local HR teams across the region to ensure consistent and efficient HR practices.

What makes up your day:
Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the HR budget and forecast for the EMEA-LATAM region, ensuring the alignment with the financial objectives of the company.
  • Assist by analyzing personnel costs and preparing presentations to support top management of the region in the budget meetings with the Board.
Controlling and Reporting:
  • Support the HR Controller in monitoring and controlling HR-related expenses to maintain budget compliance.
  • Support in generating and analyzing reports on HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights to region’s top management and stakeholders.
Salary Review and Bonus Payout:
  • Support the HR Controller to facilitate the annual salary review process, including data analysis and documentation.
  • Assist in the administration and calculation of bonus payouts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Sales Commissions:
  • Assist in maintaining records of sales performance and commission payouts, solving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to streamline the commission calculation process.
Retail Contests Coordination:
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of quarterly retail contests to drive employee engagement and performance.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the EMEA-LATAM region are a plus.
