Gruppo Zegna è alla ricerca di una risorsa che entri a far parte del team Maglieria presso lo stabilimento produttivo di Verrone (Biella). 

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di garantire il rispetto degli elevati standard qualitativi aziendali per i prodotti finiti presso i fornitori esterni.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’

Monitorare, prevenire, gestire e risolvere tematiche qualitative legate al prodotto presso i fornitori esterni per garantire la conformità agli standard qualitativi aziendali ed il raggiungimento dei KPI;
Relazionarsi costruttivamente con i responsabili dei reparti, la direzione aziendale e gli altri uffici aziendali coinvolti nei processi produttivi;
Collaborare con l’area Quality Assurance & Control nella verifica e risoluzione di problemi qualitativi;
Proporre soluzioni di miglioramento continuo della qualità.

BACKGROUND E SKILLS

Titolo di Studio
Laurea e/o Diploma in ingegneria o discipline tecniche

Almeno 8 anni di esperienza in posizioni analoghe in aziende manifatturiere tessili, preferibilmente in Aziende di Moda/Lusso.

Technical Skills

Conoscenza di materia prima e prodotto maglieria;
Comprensione delle logiche produttive industriali;
Conoscenza di logiche di pianificazione della produzione.

Soft Skills

Spiccate capacità di problem solving ed attenzione al dettaglio;
Buone doti negoziali ed assertività;
Resilienza allo stress;
Buone doti relazionali e di comunicazione;

Attitudine al trasferimento di concetti ed informazioni
