What makes you, makes Zegna
As a Europe Retail Field Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering training programs for retail staff primarily through in-person sessions, working closely with HQ to identify needs, deploy corporate strategies, and support management to ensure that employees excel in their roles, uphold company standards, and provide excellent customer service.

What makes up your day:
 
  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires and provide continuous support to ensure seamless integration into the team while sponsoring Zegna's distinctive culture and values.
  • Drive the execution of the Zegna retail training strategy, ensuring it is thoroughly cascaded, embraced, and consistently applied by all staff members across Europe to uphold the brand’s standards of excellence.
  • Develop and lead engaging and and impactful training initiatives, both on-site and virtually, centered on enhancing sales skills and elevating the customer experience.
  • Provide support to store staff through on-the-job coaching and continous feedback to ensure that new skills and behaviors are effectively applied in day-to-day tasks.
  • Partner closely with Store Managers to develop tailored action plans aimed to optimize retail KPIs, while proactively identifying new growth and development opportunities to support long-term success.
  • Support merchandising team in developing an interactive framework for product training session conveying key messages in alignment with the drop strategy launches.
  • Record and manage all training sessions through detailed reports, overseeing the completion of online training modules and offering continuous post-training support.

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience of working as a Retail Trainer
  • Fluent in English, other languages will be a plus (Spanish, German)
  • Background within the retail industry, luxury environment is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Availability to frequent travels (approximately 50% of the working hours)
