il Gruppo Zegna è alla ricerca di una risorsa che entri a far parte del team Maglieria presso lo stabilimento produttivo di Verrone (Biella). 

La risorsa contribuirà attraverso la propria professionalità alla definizione ed applicazione delle metodologie di stiro più consone a garantire il livello qualitativo richiesto.

ATTIVITA' LEGATE AL RUOLO

Collaborare con il responsabile della Qualità di stabilimento e l’area Engineering per la definizione delle metodologie di stiro e finissaggio dei capi;
Proporre soluzioni di miglioramento continuo della qualità e delle dotazioni di reparto;
Supportare le altre risorse di reparto nella comprensione ed apprendimento delle metodologie;
Relazionarsi costruttivamente con i vari colleghi coinvolti nei processi produttivi;
Mettere quotidianamente a disposizione le proprie competenze in ambito maglieria trasferendole ai colleghi.

COMPETENZE RICHIESTE

Almeno 6 anni di esperienza in posizioni analoghe in aziende manifatturiere di maglieria, preferibilmente in Aziende di Moda/Lusso.
Conoscenza di materia prima e prodotto maglieria;
Comprensione delle logiche produttive industriali;
Spiccate capacità di problem solving ed attenzione al dettaglio;
Buone doti negoziali ed assertività;
Resilienza allo stress;
Buone doti relazionali e di comunicazione;
Attitudine al trasferimento di concetti ed informazioni.
