          MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

           
          • Gestione presenze
          • Induction amministrativa neo assunti
          • Predisposizione file input paghe per provider esterno/Controllo e validazione cedolini paga
          • Gestione archivio
          • Controlli amministrativi relativi a cedolini paga etc. nel rispetto delle procedure delle società quotate
          • Estrazione ed elaborazione reportistica necessaria allo svolgimento delle attività precedenti

          BACKGROUND AND PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED

          Technical Skills

          • Diploma di ragioneria o equivalente
          • Buona conoscenza aspetti amministrativi/normativi legati alla gestione del personale

          Soft Skills:

          • Rispetto procedure/scadenze, precisione, capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e con ritmi sostenuti;
          • Buone doti relazionali e di lavoro in team;
          • Proattività;
          • Precisione;
          • Approccio metodico;
          • Conoscenza excel buona (Pivot, Cercavert, Subtotali), SAP preferenziale;
          • Buona conoscenza inglese
