Gestione presenze
Induction amministrativa neo assunti
Predisposizione file input paghe per provider esterno/Controllo e validazione cedolini paga
Gestione archivio
Controlli amministrativi relativi a cedolini paga etc. nel rispetto delle procedure delle società quotate
Estrazione ed elaborazione reportistica necessaria allo svolgimento delle attività precedenti

BACKGROUND AND PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Technical Skills

Diploma di ragioneria o equivalente
Buona conoscenza aspetti amministrativi/normativi legati alla gestione del personale

Soft Skills:

Rispetto procedure/scadenze, precisione, capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e con ritmi sostenuti;
Buone doti relazionali e di lavoro in team;
Proattività;
Precisione;
Approccio metodico;
Conoscenza excel buona (Pivot, Cercavert, Subtotali), SAP preferenziale;
Buona conoscenza inglese
