Knitwear Technical Creative Product Developer

Il Gruppo Zegna è alla ricerca di una risorsa che entri a far parte del team Maglieria presso lo stabilimento produttivo di Verrone (Biella).

La risorsa dovrà realizzare prototipi, size-set e master di produzione in maglia sia nello stabilimento produttivo del Gruppo sia presso terzisti, garantendo il rispetto degli standard metodologici/qualitativi e rispettando i tempi definiti per la consegna.

ATTIVITA' LEGATE AL RUOLO

Governare il processo in tutte le fasi di realizzazione, dal filato alla maglia finita;
Verificare le tecniche di tessitura, rimaglio e di cucito individuando eventuali difetti;
Gestire la relazione con i reparti interni, il CAD, il Brand ed i terzisti, garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna e la buona qualità del prodotto;
Definire gli standard qualitativi del capo finito intervenendo nella risoluzione di problematiche di metodo ed esecuzione;
Gestione ed aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica.

COMPETENZE RICHIESTE

Conoscenza di materia prima, tessitura e maglia;
Comprensione delle logiche produttive industriali;
Spiccate capacità di problem solving ed attenzione al dettaglio;
Buone doti negoziali ed assertività;
Buone doti relazionali e di comunicazione;
Autonomia e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi;
Conoscenza pacchetto Office e Outlook;
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi;
Disponibilità a trasferte.
