YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Training Development Coordinator , based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Global Retail Capabilities & Content Development Team , helping us
to improve individual and organizational performance by the organization, identifying training needs, developing annual training programs, assessing the organization’s strengths and weaknesses, creating instructional materials, offering structured learning experiences, and evaluating effectiveness of training programs.
You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow
.
More specifically you will:
Collaborate with internal departments (Regional Trainers, Retail Functions, Marketing, VM, HR) and external (graphic artists, suppliers…) to create tools and procedures for consistent training deployment across markets
Manage the rollout of the global e-learning training programs by supporting local teams
Monitor the effectiveness of the trainings through assigned KPI’s and metrics
Develop and create Global and local Retail Training frameworks (modules, guidelines, activities, workshops, eBooks, teaching guides…) for the seasonal collection, selling ceremony, capsules, and induction tools
Identify learning needs through various analyses including; sales staff performance, job roles, surveys, market research and interviews with Retail Managers – developed personalized reports
Deliver and conduct workshops; including ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions
Be responsible for managing the department’s budget, allocating financial resources, and making investment decisions based on training needs and priorities
WHO YOU ARE
You bring
at least 4 years in retail training on a worldwide scale
University degree
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory, learning principles and techniques
Experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting, (training delivery a plus)
Knowledge of eLearning software
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-reliance and ability to coordinate many tasks simultaneously
Passion for innovation in learning activities
You’re known for
your excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You communicate fluently in
Fluent English, both spoken and written
WHAT WE OFFER
The position provides for a base salary between € 40-45K
The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience.
Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
