YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

As Junior Consumer Value Insights Specialist, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Team, helping us analyze consumer behavior, extract insights, and support value-creation initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on transforming data into meaningful recommendations that help improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and business performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the specialist ensures that consumer insights guide strategic decisions and operational improvements.
You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
More specifically you will:

Analyze consumer data, market trends, and feedback sources to identify key insights that support consumer value initiatives.
Assess patterns related to engagement, retention, purchase behavior, and customer lifetime value to highlight opportunities for improvement.
Build dashboards and reports to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and track performance over time.
Collaborate with Consumer Value, Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to provide insight-driven recommendations for new initiatives and optimizations.
Support the development and refinement of consumer segmentation models to enable more targeted and relevant strategies.
Gather and synthesize consumer feedback from surveys, social listening, NPS, and service interactions to pinpoint pain points and unmet needs.
Assist in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research projects with internal teams or external agencies.

WHO YOU ARE

You bring 1-2 years’ experience in consumer insights, analytics or consumer experience roles
You’re skilled in data tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
You’re able to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
You have strong communication and visualization skills
You’re detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets
You’re known for your curiosity and continuous improvement
You communicate fluently in English

WHAT WE OFFER

The position provides for a base salary between: € 26,000-€ 33,000

Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.

The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience
