YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Senior Visual Merchandising Designer, based in Milan, you will bring your creativity, visual sensitivity and retail expertise to the Global Visual Merchandising Team, helping us ensure a consistent and impactful brand image across all markets worldwide. You’ll work closely with the Global Visual Merchandising, Creative, Production, Retail and Market teams to drive excellence in visual presentation and strengthen Zegna’s luxury identity across all touchpoints.
More specifically you will:
Develop innovative design solutions for windows, in-store installations and pop-ups, enhancing brand visibility, strengthening brand perception and attracting customers to stores.
Support the development of window displays and pop-up installations in line with the Artistic Director’s creative brief and the direction provided by the Corporate VM and Pop-up Director and Visual Merchandising Design Coordinator.
Follow up on prototyping and production activities, ensuring the highest standards of execution and consistency with the original creative vision.
Partner with the Visual Merchandising department to plan and coordinate window installations, as well as the creative visual aspects of special events, store openings and other retail initiatives.
WHO YOU ARE
You bring at least 5 –8 years of experience in
Visual Merchandising Design, ideally
within the luxury or fashion industry.
You have a strong creative sensibility and a genuine interest in visual arts, graphic communication, fashion and contemporary design.
You’re skilled in Visual Merchandising techniques, in-store product presentation, retail operations, visual guideline implementation, stakeholder management and training activities.
You’re known for your organizational skills, proactive mindset, autonomy and strong communication abilities, and it shows in how you collaborate with colleagues and support teams globally.
You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
You are available to travel internationally as required to support local installations and project implementation.
WHAT WE OFFER
The position provides for a base salary between:
40.000 – 50.000 €
Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience
