YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Group Corporate Communication Specialist, based in Milan, you will operate into the Group Corporate Communication, helping us implement effective communication strategies that enhance the company’s image and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll work closely with the Chief of External Affairs & Group CEO Office, HQ Functions, Regions, Group Media referents and the Internal Communication team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
More specifically you will:
Oversee corporate media relations and collaborate with the Chief of External Affairs & Group CEO Office in preparing press interviews for main Corporate external and internal events and interviews, ensuring key messages are consistently conveyed to promote the Group
Manage the Group's corporate social media platforms and website, ensuring timely updates and engaging content to increase awareness and Group recognition
Drive the production of high-quality content for press releases, social media posts, and the Group corporate website
Regularly update and manage the online storage of all official Group assets to ensure easy access and organization, and ensure consistent Corporate messaging across all communication channels at Group level
Collaborate with the Internal Communication team on Corporate activities and projects to promote cohesive messaging
WHO YOU ARE
You bring at least 5 years of experience in Fashion and Corporate or Media Communications, including PR, Social Media and Media relations.
You’re skilled in project management, digital and social media, and writing and editing in Italian and English.
You’re known for the ability to think ahead, engage proactively and take initiative, a self-starter approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and it shows in how you work with others.
You communicate fluently in English; other languages are a plus
WHAT WE OFFER
The position provides for a base salary between 35.000 EUR and 50.000 EUR
Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
The position includes a benefits package consisting of meal vouchers, private health insurance, a supplementary pension plan, and access to an employee welfare program with associated discounts and perks.
