Como Store Style Advisor, baseado em São Paulo, você trará suas forças únicas para a Equipe, ajudando-nos a proporcionar uma experiência de compra de luxo excepcional e personalizada, que reflita o artesanato e o legado da ZEGNA.
Você trabalhará de perto com Store Manager para gerar resultados significativos e moldar a forma como trabalhamos e crescemos.

Proporcionar uma experiência memorável ao invitado em loja, seguindo o ZEGNA Guest Experience e representando o ZEGNA Mindset.
Construir e fortalecer relacionamentos com invitados novos e existentes por meio de networking, acompanhamento em CVM e vendas personalizadas.
Impulsionar o negócio ao identificar proativamente oportunidades para aumentar vendas e engajamento dos invitados.
Realizar consultorias personalizadas para compreender preferências e oferecer total looks alinhados ao estilo, necessidades e ocasiões do cliente.
Promover os serviços ZEGNA Made to Measure como parte essencial do processo de venda, oferecendo soluções sob medida para o guarda-roupa atual e futuro do invitado.
Utilizar ferramentas digitais e storytelling para criar uma experiência de luxo integrada.
Resolver solicitações e reclamações dos invitadoscom empatia, em conformidade com as políticas de atendimento da ZEGNA.
Garantir excelência em atendimento, uso de CVM, pós-venda e acompanhamento de KPIs de vendas e serviço, compartilhando insights relevantes com a equipe.

QUEM É VOCÊ

Mais de 4 anos de experiência em varejo de luxo, com forte foco em resultados e excelência em atendimento.
Sólido domínio técnico de CRM, com entendimento aprofundado de clienteling e capacidade de propor melhorias para o desenvolvimento do relacionamento com os invitados.
Reconhecido(a) pela inteligência emocional, espírito colaborativo e trabalho em equipe.
Perfil curioso, apaixonado e de mente aberta, que prospera em ambientes dinâmicos.
Comunicação clara e eficaz, com segurança para atuar em equipes diversas.
