La tua opportunità:
Nel plant produttivo di San Pietro Mosezzo trova sede il reparto di confezione del capospalla (giacca, gilet e cappotto). Nel reparto un ruolo di fondamentale importanza è assunto dal team di manutenzione che si occupa, per l’appunto, di manutenere tutti i macchinari utilizzati nel processo produttivo di confezione (macchine da cucire, presse da stiro).
Per integrare il team siamo quindi alla ricerca di una risorsa disponibile ad un tirocinio extracurriculare con scopo assuntivo.

In quale modo apporterai il tuo contributo:
La figura selezionata, attraverso uno strutturato percorso di formazione, avrà modo di apprendere tutte le attività operative di manutenzione dei macchinari di produzione del Plant di San Pietro Mosezzo.

Al termine del percorso formativo e di affiancamento ti occuperai quindi di:

Manutenzione programmata sui macchinari di produzione;
Manutenzione a guasto sui macchinari di produzione;
Attività accessorie alla manutenzione dei macchinari di produzione (ad esempio controllo inventario dei ricambi).

Il tuo profilo:
Risorsa fortemente motivata ed appassionata alla manutenzione di macchinari di produzione con le seguenti caratteristiche:
Hard skills:

Titolo di studio: scuola secondaria superiore con indirizzo meccanico/elettrotecnico/elettronico;
Conoscenza teorica dei principi di meccanica e/o elettronica e/o elettrotecnica (ad es. legge di Ohm, lettura di schemi elettrotecnici);
Conoscenza di base dei principali strumenti informatici;

Soft skills:

Predisposizione all’ascolto ed all’apprendimento;
Buona capacità di analisi;
Attenzione al dettaglio;
Spiccate capacità di lavorare in team;
Attitudine al miglioramento continuo;
Dinamismo e flessibilità;
Capacità organizzativa;
Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative;

Saranno considerati un plus conoscenza teorica di base di pneumatica e/o oleodinamica.
Saranno richieste sporadiche trasferte in occasione di training tecnico presso altre sedi aziendali e/o enti di formazione.
Dopo iniziale periodo di affiancamento con orario a giornata (08.00 - 17.00) la risorsa dovrà rendersi disponibile ad effettuare un orario su due turni (06.00 – 14.00 / 14.00-22.00).
