La tua opportunità:

All’interno del team Industrial Compliance avrai il compito di collaborare nella mission della funzione: garantire la conformità e la sicurezza della filiera produttiva, assicurando che tutti i processi siano allineati agli standard normativi e a quelli del Gruppo Zegna (Codice etico e di condotta, policies etc).
Il ruolo prevede, in sintesi, la collaborazione nell’operatività quotidiana della funzione con particolare focus sulle attività di verifica dei fornitori e sulla relazione con questi ultimi.
Più specificatamente le principali attività demandate alla persona saranno:

Gestione e follow up processi di onboarding nuovi fornitori;
Supporto ai fornitori nel processo di onboarding;
Analisi e verifica risultanze documentali processi di risk assessment e di audit;
Controllo delle scadenze documentali e monitoraggio continuo della conformità mediante sollecito e supporto ai fornitori (CCIA, bilanci, DURC, DURF etc.);
Collaborazione nelle visite e verifiche presso fornitori;
Analisi e verifica risultanze audits e visite di controllo;
Follow-up esiti audits.

Requisiti richiesti:

Laurea in Economia o Giurisprudenza;
Esperienza di massimo 2 anni in ruoli simili nel settore Manufacturing;
Capacità di analisi ed interpretazione documenti contabili (bilanci e documenti fiscali);
Conoscenza delle principali normative in tema di diritto del lavoro e di salute sicurezza e ambiente nei luoghi di lavoro;
Gradita conoscenza della normativa UNI ISO 45001 e/o SA 8000 e/o ESG in genere;
Ottime capacità di problem solving, approccio analitico e metodologico;
Eccellenti doti relazionali e capacità di influenzare stakeholder interni;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte presso le sedi aziendali (nord Italia) e presso i fornitori (territorio Italiano);
