YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Location: Milan – Via Savona 54a/58
Duration: 6-month internship
Start date: Immediate or to be agreed
Reporting line: Head of Group Category Management

As an Indirect Procurement Intern, based in Milan, you will support the Indirect Procurement team in daily operational and analytical activities, gaining hands-on experience in purchasing processes, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration.

HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business needs
Support cost analysis and supplier contract management
Collect quotations and information from suppliers
Support purchase orders management and procurement activities
Monitor deadlines and follow up on procurement requests
Update supplier data and support internal procurement systems

WHO YOU ARE
This is how you show up:

Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields
Academic background or professional interest in procurement and supplier management
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Good English proficiency
Strong communication skills, team-oriented attitude, and attention to detail
