YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA
As Retail Merchandiser North Europe, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the EMEA Merchandising Team, helping us drive the execution of the Global Merchandising strategy across the Northern Europe retail network and optimize store performance. You’ll work closely with the General Merchandising Manager, Retail, Visual Merchandising, Marketing & CRM, and Global Merchandising teams to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE
Here’s how you’ll bring this role to life each day — making it your own and shaping it with your unique talents and expertise:

Execute the regional Merchandising strategy across Northern Europe, ensuring alignment with global guidelines
Analyze sales, stock and market trends to optimize inventory, improve sell-through and support product rotation
Lead and coach a Junior Retail Merchandiser, ensuring effective support to the retail network
Train and support the store network on product knowledge, brand storytelling, styling and strategic merchandising priorities
Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement versus key competitors
Gather structured feedback from stores and translate insights into actionable recommendations for future collections
Support business growth across the network through target-based strategies and timely corrective actions
Partner with the regional Visual Merchandising team to adapt store layouts and product flows to local market needs
Leverage CRM insights and client data to drive commercial initiatives, optimize product performance and maximize key business moments

WHO YOU ARE
This is how you show up:

You bring 3-5 years of experience in a merchandising or retail related role preferably within the luxury sector.
You’re skilled in data analysis, presentation tools, and have a solid understanding of retail dynamics.
You’re known for your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
You thrive when connecting analytical insights with commercial actions in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
You communicate fluently in English.
You are open to traveling for business.
