MISSION DU RÔLE

En tant que Style Advisor, vous donnerez vie au monde de Zegna pour nos clients que ce soit en magasin ou virtuellement. Nous comptons sur votre dynamisme, votre passion pour la vente et au clientelling avant tout pour développer et favoriser une relation de confiance. Grâce aux produits exceptionnels de Zegna et au riche héritage de la maison, vous entretiendrez un engagement durable et fidèle entre nos clients et notre entreprise, en atteignant vos objectifs de vente.

RESPONSIBILITES PRINCIPALES

Atteindre les ventes individuelles quotidiennes, hebdomadaires, mensuelles et annuelles et les objectifs de KPI tout en assurant une expérience client chaleureuse et personnalisée (en magasin ou virtuellement).
Planifier et exécuter des activités de vente proactives, y compris les Outreachs, les rendez-vous (en magasin et virtuels), les mise de côté , etc.
Exécuter des actions de Clientelling via des outils de prospection client pour augmenter les ventes en magasin et virtuellement.
Gestion des KPI’S : ventes individuelles (attente progressive par niveaux), conversion client à partir de l’Outreach (activation client), UPT, ticket moyen, budget boutique.
Promouvoir Zegna à traves un flux de vente sophistiqué, en offrant un service personnalisé dans le cadre de l'expérience Zegna, afin de répondre aux besoins actuels et/ou futurs du client.
Développer une base de données clients: Utiliser les systèmes et outils de l'entreprise pour organiser les informations sur les clients, y compris les coordonnées et les informations persononnelles.
