Why Join Us
The Ermenegildo Zegna Group is one of Italy’s most famous family driven enterprises and a world leader in luxury menswear. Founded in 1910, Zegna is deeply grounded in history and craftsmanship, yet always at the forefront of contemporary innovation and style. We are pioneers who embrace change, take ownership of our actions and work to create the world we want. With over 500 points of sale and 7,000 employees worldwide, we’re as proud of our people as our products and look for others that share our passion and commitment to excellence and authenticity.

YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA
As a Part Time Stock Associate, based in our Sawgrass Outlet location, you will bring your unique strengths to the Retail team, helping us streamline store operations and maintain best-in-class back-of-house processes that support the client experience.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager and store team to ensure smooth merchandise flow, strong operational execution, and alignment to company standards.

HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE
Here’s how you’ll bring this role to life each day — making it your own and shaping it with your unique talents and expertise:

Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including merchandise transfers between stores and ecommerce.
Coordinate and prioritize daily logistics and replenishments to maximize stock availability and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning stockroom environment.
Support the sales floor as needed, including POS operations, client service, and CRM tasks.
Reconcile daily cash/deposits and credit card terminals.
Manage alterations process and communication with tailors.
Own inventory of store supplies, including placing and tracking orders for packaging and materials.
Process vendor invoices in partnership with store management.
Support additional projects and administrative tasks as needed.

WHO YOU ARE
This is how you show up:

You bring 2–3 years of experience in a retail back-of-house or operations role.
You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using POS and CRM systems.
You communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
You’re able to lift up to 30–40 pounds and thrive in a hands-on, team-based setting.

NATURALLY IN ZEGNA
Joining us means stepping into a world of excellence, where the uniqueness of our authenticity is rooted in the talents of our people, who together contribute to weaving a story of innovation and craftsmanship. You will become part of an ongoing journey of development, uncovering your talents while contributing to a proud legacy and a vibrant tomorrow.
